FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are quick answers about booking, planning, and delivery for product photography projects.

What kinds of product shoots do you handle?

01

We photograph small product batches, usually from three to fifteen products, with one to four views per product depending on the brief.

Do you review the shot list before the session?

02

Yes. We review the product count, usage, and style before the session, then confirm the shot list and delivery plan.

How do I book a session?

03

You can book through the contact form, email, phone, or a planning call. Studio and on-location work in Arica are both available.

How are previews and final files shared?

04

We use a private selection gallery for preview review, and a private delivery gallery for the edited files.

How long does delivery take?

05

Turnaround depends on the session scope, retouching level, and approval process. For small product batches, delivery is usually within seven to fourteen business days after the shoot plan is confirmed.
